Nerfing their rates to the point where they're useless on their own is silly. The core of the problem is the stacking. Make it only take the highest regression rate. Kick a gen. But I think the nerf to Call of Brine was a bit much when the perk was never that strong on its own, it saw play because Overcharge got a massive buff and the two pair well with each other. Then Nowhere to Hide came out and it made gen kicking the obvious choice. Overcharge …Call of Brine is a better perk than I previously thought. When I first read the description, I thought it had a cooldown of 60 seconds that, during that time, applied regression and the notifications to a single gen. After a bit of testing I found out every gen you kick has its own individual 60 second timer with no cooldown on the perk use. Without combining them with each other or lets say Overcharge, what do you think of these perks? This makes it harder to just regress 3 different gens at once. It wouldn't really interfere with most gameplay really. Survivors can still tap the gen and what not.
